Role

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation's success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance the employee experience. You will be a key partner in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to meet organisational goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Lead performance management and talent development initiatives.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
