Are you an experienced HR Advisor or People Partner looking to take the next step in your HR career?
We’re looking for a motivated and people‑focused HR Business Partner to join our UK team and play a key role in supporting our managers and employees across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to grow into a full HRBP position with the support of an experienced HR team. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of HR activities strengthening your commercial awareness, building strong stakeholder relationships, and shaping the people experience across multiple sites. Days Per Week: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.
Contract: Full Time and Permanent.
Location: Hybrid, primarily supporting sites in Sittingbourne, Chatteris, Trowbridge and Ely, but UK travel may be required.
