**Job Summary:**As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will lead our people strategy to shape a high performing, inclusive and values led culture that supports overarching business goals. You will partner with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership team as a trusted adviser, providing insight, challenge and guidance on all people matters. This includes responsibility for talent management and development, recruitment and selection, operations and compliance, engagement, wellbeing and strategic leadership. This role is both strategic and hands-on, combining business partnership, insight and true people passion to build high performing teams across the business. Here’s what your day may look like:*Main Duties include (but are not limited to):** **Partnering with Leaders:** You’ll be a trusted adviser to our leadership team, providing insight, challenge, and guidance on all things people-related, from organisation design to talent development and culture.* **Driving People Strategy:** Lead the design and delivery of our HR strategy, ensuring our people priorities align with business goals and that everyone understands how their work makes a difference.* **Talent & Development:** Champion our employer brand, attract and nurture talent, and help managers and team members grow through coaching, succession planning, and learning opportunities.* **Supporting Managers:** Be the go-to person for people managers, offering practical advice, coaching, and support - especially when it comes to navigating tricky conversations or employee relations matters.* **Recruitment & Onboarding:** Oversee recruitment processes to ensure we hire great people and deliver a fantastic candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.* **Engagement & Wellbeing:** Coordinate engagement initiatives, champion our values, and find creative ways to reward and recognise our team making sure everyone feels included, supported, and valued.* **People Operations:** Ensure our HR policies, processes, and records are up to date and compliant, and that our team gets the most out of our HR systems.* **Using Data for Good:** Use people data and analytics to inform decisions, measure progress, and share insights with the leadership team.* **Collaborating Across the Business:** Work with colleagues across all functions and locations, supporting group-level initiatives and helping us build a high-performing, inclusive culture.* **ISO Compliance:** Maintain oversight of IMS processes to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and 9001.If you’re passionate about making an impact, building solutions-focussed strategies, and helping people thrive, we’d love to hear from you!**We’d love to chat if you have:*** 5+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or growing organisation.* A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) at a minimum 2:1 classification ideally in Business or Psychology related discipline.* Current CIPD membership.* A strong track record of partnering with leaders and teams to deliver people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and culture.* Confidence in providing advice and coaching to managers on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, talent management, and organisational change.* Experience designing and delivering recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.* A passion for building inclusive, values-led workplaces where everyone feels supported and able to thrive.* Great communication and relationship-building skills—you’re approachable, solutions-focused, and able to influence at all levels.* Strong working knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practice, with a proactive approach to compliance and continuous improvement.* Experience using HR systems and people data to inform decisions and measure progress.* Experience with ISO compliance and certification processes.* A collaborative, hands-on approach—you’re as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are thinking strategically.* Ability to travel to offices in other locations (national/international) as necessary to attend events.**Values**We value people with a growth mindset who listen, learn, and seek to improve.
