A leading educational trust in Solihull is seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic HR support and manage complex employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in employee relations and HR analytics, with a minimum qualification of CIPD Level 5. This is a full-time role offering a salary between £42,000 and £46,000 with a hybrid working model.
My client based in Solihull is currently recruiting for an HR Manager on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Executive HR Director, the ideal candidate will have experience from a Trust or Education setting. CIPD Level 5 or above is required.
The Trust HR Manager will act as the strategic deputy to the Executive HR Director, delivering high-quality HR services across the Trust. The role leads on complex employee relations, workforce planning, HR analytics, and organisational change. The postholder will drive HR excellence, ensure legal compliance and promote a positive, inclusive culture.
