Job summary
A leading airline company is seeking a Finance Analyst FP&A to support the growth of Holidays. You will own headcount reporting, forecasting, and analysis, collaborating with key stakeholders across finance teams. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with strong analytical skills and experience in variance analysis. - Prepare monthly FP&A reporting packs and review forecast accuracy.

- Identify improvement areas in processes, automation, and tool usage.
