- Knowledge of hotel booking or CRM systems is a plus.

- Support client events, familiarisation trips, and site inspections.

This is primarily an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends to support client events, familiarisation trips, site inspections, and show rounds.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Positive attitude and committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- At least 1 years’ experience in hotel sales or a hospitality environment
- Knowledge of hotel booking or CRM systems
