A dedicated educational institution in Boston is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant for a part-time, temporary position. The candidate should have prior experience in a school setting and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. This role involves maintaining positive relationships with parents and staff, planning workloads, and ensuring accuracy in tasks. The salary ranges from £10,693 to £11,032 per annum, and benefits include access to a pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated and successful school.
Working in our main school office you will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience in a school, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner.
This is a temporary, part-time, role working 18.5 hours per week, on a term time only basis. till 31 August 2026
