We’re looking for an experienced Senior Host to be the face of Arcade Tottenham Court Road (TCR). This is more than a front-of-house role! The successful candidate will be the spark that kicks off every guest’s experience. With your vibrant energy, magnetic personality, and natural flair for hospitality, you’ll create a buzzing, welcoming vibe from the moment guests walk through the door.

• Greet guests with flair and enthusiasm, making them feel like VIPs
• Manage seating arrangements with a dash of creativity and style
• Provide guests with engaging information about food partners and drink offerings
• Help coordinate special events and promotions, adding your unique touch
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Bring 2+ years of prior experience in a Host position (essential)
• Have strong working knowledge of reservation/booking systems i.e sevenRooms, TrippleSeat, OpenTable (essential)
• Are outgoing, energetic, and have a flair for the dramatic
• Bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
• Have a passion for food and creating memorable experiences
• Bring an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bring previous experience in hospitality
• Have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
