We exist as four centralised teams – Finance and Business Services, Human Resources, Legal, Company Secretary and Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Affairs.As a Property Management Professional, you will be responsible for managing a large and complex portfolio of approximately 2,000 commercial properties across a geographical region in the UK, delivering BT’s property strategy through your work. This portfolio includes buildings of varying sizes and types, comprising properties solely occupied by BT as well as those leased to third-party tenants. Working closely with the Regional Property Asset Manager, you will support the effective management of BT’s estate including controlling occupational costs, maximising income, and generating commercial value through creative property solutions such as acquisitions, disposals, lettings, lease event negotiations, lease restructuring, and dilapidations.
