This portfolio includes buildings of varying sizes and types, comprising properties solely occupied by BT as well as those leased to third-party tenants. Working closely with the Regional Property Asset Manager, you will support the effective management of BT’s estate including controlling occupational costs, maximising income, and generating commercial value through creative property solutions such as acquisitions, disposals, lettings, lease event negotiations, lease restructuring, and dilapidations.
