Sales Advisor – Norwich

Join us at Fitness Superstore as a Sales Advisor in our Norwich store, earning an hourly rate of £13.00 with an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one, potentially up to £400 per month.

Hours: 20 per week (Thursday, Friday, 4 of every 6 Saturdays, Sunday, and all bank holidays). The role is part-time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an unsurpassed in-store experience for customers.
  • Sell high‑quality fitness equipment face‑to‑face, over the phone, and via Live Chat.
  • Achieve sales targets by analysing customers' needs and making informed product recommendations.
  • Provide product and app information and demonstrate when necessary.
  • Work 20 hours per week as outlined above.
Qualifications
  • A confident, proactive approach.
