Job summary
A leading recruitment agency seeks a Customer Service Representative for a financial services company in Bournemouth. The role involves responding to client queries via email and phone, ensuring high-quality correspondence, and adhering to compliance requirements. Ideal candidates should have inbound customer service experience, preferably in financial services, and be strong independent and team workers. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate inbound customer service experience, ideally from the financial services industry.
- Experience in complaint handling, inbound processing, or banking roles is beneficial.
- Strong independent and team worker.
Responsibilities
- Responding to emails and telephone calls from investors and professionals.
- Prioritising queries and corresponding with other departments.
- Typing and administering correspondence to clients/investors.

The client are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join their financial services company based in Bournemouth as a Customer Service Representative.
Working hours/days: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
- Responding to emails and telephone calls made by investors and professionals adhering to compliance and regulations.
- Prioritise queries and correspond with other departments when necessary to determine the root cause.
- Type and administer correspondence to clients / investors meeting deadlines.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all correspondence with customers and investors.
- Demonstrate inbound customer service experience, ideally gained from the financial services industry, however this isn't essential.
- Other customer service experience can include any complaint handling, inbound processing and/or banking roles.
- Strong independent and team worker.
