Job summary

A leading property management agency is seeking a competent Property Manager to oversee a high-end technical portfolio. Responsibilities include drafting notices, managing properties according to regulations, and providing comprehensive property management services. The ideal candidate should have a MIRPM/MTPI qualification, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in residential property management. This role requires good literacy skills and the ability to work under pressure. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in managing a technical portfolio in accordance with RICS Codes of Practice.
  • Willingness to handle leaseholders' inquiries about the development.
  • Ability to manage a small team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and serve S20 notices for major works.
  • Manage property management services for portfolio of developments.
  • Ensure properties operate smoothly and comply with all regulations.
