  • Location: Remote / Hybrid (Birmingham-based)
  • Salary: £23,608.44 per annum
  • Contract Type: Full-Time
  • Start Date: 17 November
  • Hours: 35 hours/week
  • Shift Pattern:
    • Monday to Saturday: 8:00am–8:00pm
    • Sunday: 9:00am–5:00pm
    • Includes 1 in 5 weekends and bank holidays
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide solutions and advice on policy upgrades

Candidate Profile
  • GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A–C)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
