A leading wind energy services provider in Northern Ireland is seeking a Resource & Capacity Planning Manager to oversee project planning and coordination. This role involves developing and maintaining a rolling delivery programme, forecasting resource needs, and ensuring effective scheduling across projects. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in resource planning or project management and strong analytical skills. The position requires excellent Excel skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Everun is the leading provider of wind turbine asset management services in Northern Ireland, providing a range of services to the wind energy sector including turbine monitoring, maintenance and servicing, asset and financial management services and bespoke software monitoring tools developed in-house via a sister company.
Operating across the Operations team and the Projects team the Resource & Capacity Planning Manager will act as a central point for all scheduling activities. A key part of this role is developing and maintaining a rolling delivery programme ensuring accurate forecasting of resource, equipment, and logistics requirements.
The successful applicant will oversee the planning and coordination of all project-based activities requiring engineering resource as well as providing medium to long term forward planning of all major activities within the Operations and Projects teams ensuring that all projects, major faults and regular preventative activities are effectively planned, and available resources are utilised effectively.
Report to Projects Director.
