Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

As a Spa Butler you will provide exceptional service to our members and guests by assisting them through their journey at Eynsham Baths, whilst demonstrating knowledge in delivering an authentic guided experience within the thermal area and to the treatment rooms. Supporting the Baths reception and treatments team with daily operations, stock management and recording of member preferences, as well as prioritising cleanliness throughout the Baths, you will ensure a luxurious guest experience is carried out as a standard, always striving to provide a personal and exceptional member experience.

Who we are looking for:

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
• Guest/customer facing experience. Exposure to fast paced, luxury environments would be advantageous.
• A team-orientated, positive and caring personality who is passionate about wellbeing.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,910.40 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £29,910.40, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
