As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll effectively run your own sales desk. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, building a network of high-quality candidates, and closing deals. From day one, you’ll be trained to become a high-performing consultant capable of generating significant revenue.
- Proactively generate new business through outbound sales calls, meetings, and networking
- Build and manage your own client portfolio
- Source, qualify, and pitch roles to candidates
- Negotiate fees, salaries, and offers
- Hit weekly KPIs and revenue targets
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process from lead generation to deal closeConsistently drive activity to maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Money-motivated with a strong competitive edge
- Confident on the phone and unafraid to take initiative
- Target-driven, disciplined, and resilient under pressure
- Able to build relationships quickly and influence decision makers
- Naturally sales-orientated with a desire for rapid progression
- Degree-level education OR strong sales/commercial experience (preferred)
- A solid base salary + industry-leading uncapped commission structure
- Fast-track progression to Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Team Lead
