Bids and Proposals Manager

In this role, you will have primary responsibility for creation of costed sales proposals for submission through the company’s gate process and ensuring on-time delivery to the customer. You will work in a highly networked role that requires you to manage multiple projects simultaneously delivering to high standards under pressure and to challenging deadlines. You will need to have good commercial, project management skills, and an ability to manage without authority.
Our product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles, and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.
