Responsibilities:
- Protect the hospital against loss, theft, and damage.
- Monitor and patrol car parks and provide clear directions to visitors.
- Deliver customer service to the public and staff within the hospital.
- Patrol the hospital site ensuring safety and security of the site and its users.
- Play a role in the efficient running of the car park and control room.
- Be measured against Key Performance Indicators and continuously improve service.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and work in a fast‑paced yet caring environment.
