A leading energy services company is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor in Ashton to ensure compliance and high standards in facilities management. This role involves supervising technical performance and guiding teams in a hospital setting. EQUANS is looking for a Technical Services Supervisor working on behalf of our Tameside General Hospital contract in Ashton‑under‑Lyne. This is a permanent full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Based at Tameside General Hospital, the Technical Services Supervisor will be responsible for the technical performance and maintenance of standards within the contract. They will provide guidance to others on site, showing technical expertise in facilities management delivery, to ensure appropriate and compliant solutions and efficient customer service delivery.
The individual will play a vital role in EQUANS, working alongside an already established technical team to ensure that the operations are legally and contractually compliant and represent excellence in service delivery.
The primary complexities of the role are around the management of the workflow from Helpdesk/Maximo through to completion and sign off. Communication with clients and customers is critical; working in a live 24/7 hospital requires careful planning of maintenance works and collaboration with stakeholders.
