A leading digital agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive their new business engine. In this role, you will manage proposals, maintain an active CRM, and work closely with the Strategy and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in the digital industry, possesses strong communication skills, and is highly organised. Your efforts will contribute to generating actionable insights and high-quality proposals, ensuring timely interactions with prospects.

We’re looking for aBusiness Development Managerto drive our new business engine, moving opportunities forward, shaping compelling stories and coordinating high-quality pitches and campaigns.
You’ll own the day-to-day pipeline, manage proposals and RFPs, and ensure every interaction with prospects is timely, relevant and well-crafted. Working closely with Strategy and Marketing, you’ll help shape how Great State shows up in the market, through messaging, campaigns and structured nurture programmes. You’ll also cultivate our partner network and support outbound activity to generate qualified opportunities.
You’ll report to a Joint Managing Director and sit at the heart of our growth strategy.
