As part of the Roche Diagnostics Marketing team, the graduate will be immersed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, gaining broad exposure to strategic and operational marketing activities across a diverse product portfolio.This role is designed to provide detailed insight into how marketing supports commercial success in healthcare. Working closely with Senior Market Managers, Product Managers, and Marketing Associates, the Marketing Graduate will contribute to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, while also managing selected projects independently. A key focus of the role is supporting the day-to-day operations of the wider marketing team and ensuring internal marketing platforms are effectively maintained to provide accurate, up-to-date content for the Sales organisation.The position offers exposure across the full Roche Diagnostics portfolio, including both Diagnostics Solutions and Information Solutions, enabling the graduate to develop a well-rounded understanding of product marketing within a global healthcare organisation.This is a full-time, hybrid role based between our Burgess Hill office and home working, reporting directly to a Senior Market Manager, with no direct reports.
