What you'll be doing

  • Drive new business and revenue growth for conferences, events, and the Argyle House Restaurant at Ibrox Stadium.
  • Identify and secure opportunities across corporate, charity, association, public sector, and private event markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound sales, networking, and market research.
  • Deliver presentations, venue showcases, and site visits to promote offerings.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and oversee the full client journey from enquiry to event delivery.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, proposals, pricing, and contracts aligned with profitability targets.
  • Monitor KPIs, report on sales activity, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations, culinary teams, and marketing to ensure exceptional service and impactful campaigns.
  • Represent Elior and Rangers FC at industry events and networking forums.
