A leading provider of sales training events is seeking a temporary customer service representative to help confirm client attendance at events. You will verify details and maintain accurate customer records while providing outstanding service. An ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and excellent communication skills. UK Staffing Group are currently working with a leading provider of sales training events and online courses. They are looking for someone to join them on a temporary basis, to support their sales team by confirming clients attendance to their events and courses.
- Speaking with existing clients to confirm their attendance
- Verifying details such as date, time, location etc.
- Providing courteous and professional customer service
- Maintain and updating accurate customer records
- Supporting scheduling and administrative processes as needed
- Prior experience in telephone-based customer service
- Great verbal communication and active listening skills
- A strong work‑ethic and the ability to manage a high‑volume of tasks
- Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Driving License and Personal Vehicle due to Office location
