Pay: £12.21/hour

Job Location: Solihull

Job type: Temporary Contract, 2-3 months (with potential extension)

UK Staffing Group are currently working with a leading provider of sales training events and online courses. They are looking for someone to join them on a temporary basis, to support their sales team by confirming clients attendance to their events and courses.

Job Responsibilities
  • Speaking with existing clients to confirm their attendance
  • Verifying details such as date, time, location etc.
  • Providing courteous and professional customer service
  • Maintain and updating accurate customer records
  • Supporting scheduling and administrative processes as needed
Job Requirements
  • Prior experience in telephone-based customer service
  • Great verbal communication and active listening skills
  • A strong work‑ethic and the ability to manage a high‑volume of tasks
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Driving License and Personal Vehicle due to Office location
