Are you an experienced Recruitment and HR Advisor looking for an exciting new challenge?

We have an opening for an HR Advisor position. The main purpose of this role is to support the HR function across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support and manage the full range of HR activities within the employee lifecycle.
  • Write and post engaging job adverts and source candidates across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct daily candidate screening, organise and conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
  • Manage onboarding administration and maintain HR systems.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers.
  • Provide advice and guidance on Employee Relations issues and people‑related matters.
  • Investigate and participate in disciplinary and grievance matters, hearings and related processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance and keep up to date with company policies and procedures.
  • Support employee wellbeing and mental health initiatives.
  • Support the leadership team in maintaining standards and a positive site culture.
  • Cover for the HR Manager where required.
Qualifications
  • People‑focused and results‑driven attitude.
  • Previous experience in a Recruitment and HR Advisor role within a fast‑paced manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of Employment Law, practice and the employee lifecycle, including ER case management.
  • Experience with volume recruitment and end‑to‑end recruitment process management.
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills at all organisational levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge and experience of HR systems and databases, with strong computer skills (spreadsheets, data entry).
  • Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop an understanding of the business.
