Job summary
A leading automotive retailer in Birtley is seeking Customer Service Executives, known as Product Geniuses, to enhance the customer experience. Successful candidates will prepare the showroom, assist with test drives, and support the sales team in delivering exceptional service. Applicants should be confident communicators with a willingness to learn and progress towards a career in car sales. The role offers 38 hours per week with generous benefits including 33 days holiday and private healthcare.
