A growing technology-led company in Leicester seeks an IT Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and foster client relationships. Ideal for early-to-mid-level professionals aiming for senior roles, this position involves managing project delivery and communication with clients through hybrid working arrangements. Compensations range from £25,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience. Candidates should have the right to work in the UK and will enjoy a collaborative work culture.
We are a growing technology-led company delivering complex IT, SaaS, and digital transformation projects for clients across multiple sectors. Our work involves long-running, customer-facing IT initiatives, often delivered through distributed and remote technical teams. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to appoint a capable and highly organised IT Project Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for an early-to-mid-level IT Project Manager who is looking to take ownership of multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and grow into a senior delivery role over time.
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects from initiation through to closure. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, manage internal and remote delivery teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within agreed budgets.
You will be expected to proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes, and to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders when projects face challenges around timelines, cost, or scope.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
