Job summary
A recruitment firm seeks a Commercial Director to lead the sales strategy for its client in Bedford, UK. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and overseeing operations, commercial activities, marketing, and supply chain management. Ideal candidates have experience in the leasing or Facilities Management sector and are proven in delivering significant sales growth. This role offers a pathway to an MD position but requires on-site presence at least 3 days a week.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales or Commercial Director.
- Experience in the leasing, rental, or Facilities Management sector.
- UK based experience is essential.
- Ideally MBA qualified.
- Confident and consultative style, open to further development.
Responsibilities
- Establish and deliver the UK sales strategy.
- Develop and coach the sales team in proactive sales processes.
- Lead operations and supply chain elements.
- Take responsibility for marketing direction of the business.
