A leading workforce solutions provider in Southampton is seeking an experienced Large Counterbalance B3 Forklift Driver for a long-term position. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading modular cabins using a B3 counterbalance forklift, ensuring safety and efficiency while working in a busy yard environment. The ideal candidate will hold a valid B3 licence, have prior experience in similar settings, and possess strong communication skills. This position offers £16.00 per hour plus overtime, with Monday to Friday hours.

A key client is a market-leading provider of modular accommodation, supplying temporary, semi‑permanent and permanent modular buildings for hire and sale across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth at their Southampton depot, they are looking for an experienced Large Counterbalance B3 Forklift Driver to join their team on a long‑term basis.
You will be working in the yard and workshop area, handling a variety of modular cabins and associated equipment ahead of them going out on hire and when they return. This is a hands‑on, physical role with a strong focus on safety, accuracy and teamwork.
Main responsibilities:
This role would suit an experienced FLT driver who enjoys working in a busy yard environment and takes pride in working safely and efficiently.
