A leading independent caterer is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team in Newbury. The role involves preparing food service areas and ensuring high standards of meal service while adhering to health regulations. Ideal candidates will possess strong team working abilities, attention to personal presentation, and a food hygiene certificate is preferred. An independent day and boarding preparatory school for boys and girls aged 4-13 situated in Newbury, Berkshire. Catering for 155 Students and teachers. We offer a core feeding of breakfast, 3 x break time snacks, lunch and supper and some hospitality. This is a term-time only contract and operates 7 days a week. So working pattern will be 5 days over 7.
