Timbrell’s Yard is a beautifully busy restaurant & boutique hotel in Bradford-on-Avon.

We’re looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to join our friendly team, our food is outstanding with a real commitment to the best fresh, seasonal – local ingredients. Everything is cooked from scratch; Menus are developed by the chefs, in house and change every 6 weeks.

Who we are looking for

Ideally we are looking for a current Sous Chef or Head Chef looking to join a bigger operation; high volume & fresh food experience is a must and importantly you must be ambitious & a team player.

Responsibilities
  • Cook from scratch and work with the team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Support in developing in-house menus that are reviewed and updated every 6 weeks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to operate in a high-volume, fresh-food environment.
