Job summary
A healthcare provider is inviting applications for the role of Band 8a Team Manager in crisis mental health services located on the Isle of Wight. In this position, you will lead the Mental Health and Learning Disability Liaison Service, providing clinical and managerial leadership while fostering a collaborative care environment. Qualifications
- Proven experience in crisis mental health preferably as a team manager.
- Strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to provide educational input to a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Mental Health and Learning Disability Liaison Service.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to the team.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient experience.
