Responsibilities

• Lead the valet team to ensure high standards.
• Manage and coach the team through regular 1-2-1s.
• Conduct quality control checks in line with company policy.
• Report quality control issues directly to the line manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of workshop and outside areas.
• Attend meetings representing Valet & Quality Control.
• Clean exterior and interior of hire fleet vehicles.
• Desticker vehicles when required.
• Manage the cleaning of ancillary equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Follow company’s Employee handbook.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dedicated valet team to perform to a high standard
• Manage,developand coach the teaminc1-2-1’s
• Conductthe Quality Control checks in line with the companypolicy –pre-hire
• Report any Quality Control issues directly totheline managerin a timelymanner
• Ensure that the workshop facility is kept clean and tidy in conjunction with the engineers
• Ensure that the outside yard area is clean and tidy in conjunction with the engineers
• Attend meetings as and whenrequiredtorepresentthe Valet & Quality Control processes
• To clean the exterioron hire fleet vehicles.
• To clean the interior on hire fleet vehicles including passenger area and rear of vehicle.
• Destickervehicles whererequired
• Empty contents from hire vehiclesand segregate.
• To ensure that all ancillary equipment is cleaned and free from debris/rubbish
• Reporting any defects or shortages to theline manager.
• Maintain required stock levels of all cleaning products via requisition process.
• Ensure that the company’s health and safety policy and procedures are adhered to in relation to all depot operations.
• Follow company’s Employee handbook policies and procedures.
• Any otherad-hocduties requested bythe company.
