A leading financial institution in the UK is seeking a Senior Investment Partner Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for various equity programmes. This role requires extensive experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the financial services sector, and offers a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will drive brand awareness, partner with key stakeholders, and help shape the Bank's strategic objectives. The position is based in London or Sheffield, offering a competitive salary up to £70,000 depending on experience.

The British Business Bank is the largest investor in UK venture and venture growth capital funds and the most active late-stage investor in UK life sciences and deeptech. The Bank is enabling greater availability of patient capital to help build the UK’s innovation economy and has an existing long‑term commitment to growth investment in high potential firms.
In this role you will be responsible for partnering with the British Business Bank’s Investment business to lead and deliver the marketing strategy and plan for the business unit and its equity programmes. You will take the lead on all product and partner marketing specific to the Bank’s equity programmes, including, but not exclusive to, Enterprise Capital Funds, Patient Capital Funds, Future Fund: Breakthrough, Life Sciences Investment Programme, Long‑term Investment For Technology and Science (LIFTS) initiative, Investment Programme including FinTech and Debt Funds, Managed Funds Programme and Future Fund.
The Bank will establish the British Growth Partnership, encouraging more UK pension fund and other institutional investment into the UK’s fastest growing, most innovative companies. The role includes marketing for the British Growth Partnership, a fund within the Bank’s regulated, third‑party arm, BBB Investment Services Ltd.
You will also support in delivering the Bank’s strategic and business objectives and will play a key role in shaping and driving the overall market position of the Bank, raising awareness and building brand equity, promoting our value proposition to smaller businesses, our fund managers and stakeholders.
As an outstanding B2B marketing specialist with extensive experience of delivering marketing strategies and product marketing in finance and investment, in either a private or public sector organisation or marketing agency, you will be able to demonstrate a track record delivering against commercial objectives. Experience or knowledge of the financial services sector, specifically for venture capital and institutional investment is also required as is experience in developing engagement strategies and nurturing relationships with fund managers.
