Job summary

- Experience as an engineer on MFD printers is essential.

Responsibilities
- Conduct service visits to maintain customer equipment and provide support.
- Respond promptly to service requests for equipment repairs.
- Perform fault diagnosis and implement effective repairs.
- Carry out preventative maintenance as per guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and report on service work.
- Install sold equipment and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide training on equipment use to customers.
- Manage inventory of spare parts effectively.
