# Services Team Leader, Women’s Pathway## Job Introduction**Services Team Leader, Women’s Pathway****Full time. Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2027****Salary: £35,199 (£38,295 in qualifying areas for London weighting)****Home-based, with some national travel and occasional attendance at the London office (approx. once per quarter)****Closing date for applications: Sunday 04th January 2026****Interviews will take place online via video conference – week commencing 12th January 2025**Founded in 1997, GamCare is one of the leading providers of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms. We operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide treatment for anyone who is harmed by gambling, create awareness about safer gambling and treatment, and encourage an effective approach to safer gambling within the gambling industry.**The Role**We are recruiting a Services Team Leader to lead the delivery of effective, responsive, safe, caring and well-led provision across GamCare that identifies, supports and provides interventions for women at risk of or experiencing gambling related harms.This role will assist the day-to-day delivery of support groups and content for women across the UK, including regular line management and case management for Outreach and Engagement Practitioners and Womens Services Officers. Alongside, support offer delivery, the post-holder will develop innovative ways to listen to and support women experiencing gambling harm.You will incorporate the opinions of women with lived experience of gambling harm into the current and any new intervention design and delivery to ensure the support is responsive to the diverse needs of women.The Women’s Pathway also delivers awareness raising training for professionals and digital support tools and resources for both women and professionals across the UK. The Services Team Leader will work collaboratively with the training provision to develop innovate digital support content ensuring a joined-up offer to women and professionals.**About You**As the successful candidate, you will provide leadership to the Women’s Pathway on delivering safe, effective and women focused gambling harm support interventions. As Services Team Leader, you will have demonstrable experience of case management and case management supervision for clients with varying needs who are seeking a change in behaviour to overcome harm caused.
