A leading UK retail company is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for nighttime operations. This role involves overseeing replenishment activities, team management, and ensuring excellent customer service standards overnight. Nightshift managers work full‑time hours over 4 nights, receiving a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary. Nightshifts typically run from 22:00 until 08:00.
