Job summary
A veterinary group in Dunfermline is seeking a part-time Client Care Advisor to provide excellent client service and support. In this role, you will handle client communications, process payments, and perform administrative tasks in a busy reception environment. Ideal candidates should have strong customer service skills, an understanding of finance and IT, and must be able to work well in teams. Skills
We are currently looking for a Client Care Advisor with a can do attitude, a passion for a high standard of pet care and client service to join our team based at both our busy main hospital and branch surgeries.
This is a varied role in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the public providing excellent client care and be used to working in a busy reception environment. The candidate should have an understanding of finance and IT skills and be able to pick up new tasks quickly with a flexible approach. The ability to multi-task and work as a team is a must.
The main duties include answering calls and emails from clients, checking clients in for appointments and processing payments. General admin tasks including scanning and creating invoices.
Our Client Care Team are our main link between clients and the rest of the team so the candidate should be confident working both individually and part of a team.
This is a part-time permanent role working 30 hours per week.
We are a Veterinary Group with branch surgeries around Fife, Kinross and Edinburgh, with our main hospital based in Dunfermline, Fife. We have a great team and provide the highest level of veterinary services to clients and their pets.
