Job summary
A local church organization in Birmingham is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the development of operational systems for their growing church. The role involves overseeing the leadership set-up for a new church plant revitalization. Ideal candidates will have problem-solving skills, experience in operations, and the ability to translate vision into actionable strategy. This full-time position offers a salary of £35-37,000, depending on experience, with a fixed-term contract for 2 years.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of operational systems and structures.
- Provide leadership to the new church plant revitalization.
Skills
Building upon the operational systems and structures that have been established over the last few years, we are looking for someone to oversee their continued development with the evolving needs of our growing church and provide much needed leadership to the operational set-up of our new church plant revitalisation.

Hours: 37.5 a week (Full-time)
Contact: Fixed-term contract for 2 years, subject to a 6-month probation period, renewed after 2 years subject to funding
Salary: £35-37,000 dependent on experience
