The lives of consultants, clients, and their customers are transformed through data and AI.The Role:We’re seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement, enable cross-functional change and strengthen our internal governance across the business. This role sits at the heart of our UK headquarters in London, working closely with departmental leaders to ensure our systems, processes, and infrastructure support a growing, fast-evolving business. You’ll be responsible for operational effectiveness, business continuity, compliance coordination, and delivery of key internal projects, including ISO certification and sustainability reporting. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on how our business operates day-to-day and prepares for the future. We are looking for:Essential experience: •Proven success leading operational or business improvement functions within a medium-sized UK organisation. •Strong understanding of compliance or certification frameworks (e.g. ISO standards, risk or GRC systems). •Skilled at coordinating cross-functional projects and embedding change. •Practical knowledge of facilities, H&S, and business continuity management. •Confident communicator able to work effectively across leadership, project, and support teams. Desirable: •Experience supporting sustainability or ESG reporting. •Familiarity with company secretarial processes or board governance.
