Job summary
A construction consultancy firm in Greater London is looking for a skilled Commercial Manager specializing in Change Management. This role involves overseeing NEC3 Option C contract administration and managing change processes for a major rail project. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record of leading successful teams. A degree in construction management is essential, along with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified or equivalent in construction commercial management.
- Experience in managing large teams on complex projects.
- Must have excellent NEC3 Option C Contract knowledge.
- Flexible, hands-on attitude in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage Change processes within the Commercial team.
- Oversee NEC3 Option C Contract management.
- Develop and manage Change metrics and dashboards.
- Provide commercial risk advice to teams.
