The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, managing cash, and supporting customer needs across various channels. Customer Service Officer - Part Time
Main Location: Norwich City Centre (ad-hoc support if required in Ipswich branch)
Part-Time - 24.5 hours per week
Work Pattern: Wednesday (7 hours), Thursday (7 Hours), Friday (7 Hours) and every Saturday (3.5 hours)
Salary: £24,500 Pro Rata
