A global manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead operations across three North American sites. This role requires significant leadership experience, a strong background in manufacturing improvement, and expertise in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and Six Sigma. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Engineering and an MBA, and will travel regularly between sites. Location: Newport, VT (regular travel to Portsmouth, NH & Marlborough, MA). Position also posted for Portsmouth, NH with 50% travel to Newport.
