Job summary

A global commercial real estate company is looking for a Senior Account Leader in London. This role requires managing complex accounts, developing budget strategies, and guiding recruitment plans. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years in business operations, preferably in Property Management. Strong client relationship and people management skills are essential. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in business and operations, preferably in Property Management.
  • Experience in a senior account leadership role with complex account structures.
  • Six Sigma & process re-engineering experience desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Define the regional account strategy with the EMEA Account Director.
  • Develop and manage IFM budgets in conjunction with Regional Leads.
  • Deliver monthly financial updates demonstrating control and knowledge.
  • Develop annual client plans focusing on risks and opportunities.

Job description
· Work with the EMEA Account Director in defining the regional account strategy· Work with the EMEA Account Director and Finance Director to develop and manage the IFM budgets in conjunction with the Regional Leads· Working with the EMEA Account Director and Account Finance Lead compile and deliver monthly financial updates to the Regional Account Director demonstrating control and knowledge.· Work with the account director to develop the annual client plans including driving Risk and opportunities within Property Management vertical· Work with regional Human Resources lead on recruitment and selection strategies· Work with EMEA Account Director in defining and driving the performance management of EMEA Operations Team· Work with regional Human Resources to develop regional training and skills development programs and ensure the plan is cascaded· Build the teams connectivity to the wider JLL Platform to enhance our ability to deliver efficiently for the client.· Demonstrated experience in a senior account leadership role responsible for complex account structure running teams across multiple countries and/or multiple teams (ideally large country or small cross-country account experience, looking for next level of responsibility with a large, complex account)· Strong general management experience - minimum of 10 years in the business and operations, preferably experience in Property Management· Six Sigma & process re-engineering experience desirable· Qualifications in Engineering or relevant field preferred but not essential· Demonstrated strong client relationship skills· Demonstrated strong people management skills· Strong communicator – good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills also an active listener· Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives· Able to work independently and be a team playerIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
