A leading insurance provider seeks an experienced candidate to manage bond production and underwriting activities. You will report to the Senior Manager, leading a performance-driven environment and collaborating with team members to achieve operational excellence. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in underwriting, product development, and marketing, alongside exceptional leadership and customer service skills. This primarily home-based role requires up to 50% travel and offers comprehensive benefits, including a competitive pension plan and a student loan repayment program.
Help manage all bond production, underwriting activities and functions for designated team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Bonds Regional Accounts.

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
