Territory: North West England, suitable postcodes L, M, PR, SK, BB, BL.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time.

Salary: up to £29,000 per annum, plus 10% performance related bonus and company car & fuel card plus other great benefits.

Hours: Full‑Time 40 hours Monday to Friday.

Standout Field Marketing have a fantastic opportunity to join our new Pladis Convenience Field Sales Team.

Role Summary: As a Wholesale Territory Manager, your role will be to call on the Top 10 Wholesale partners for Pladis. Your remit will be to influence and agree space, range, promotional compliance and to attend sales events at depot. This will include actively managing shelf life quality of stock, ensure rotation, utilise bay space and palletised displays. You will be representing a wide range of Pladis brands with McVities biscuits and brands such as Jaffa Cakes and Flipz.

You will play a huge role in helping Pladis drive sales by working with key contacts. You must be comfortable and capable manual handling/lifting stock.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience working within a field‑based sales role within a convenience, independents or impulse environment.
  • Share Pladis’ values and are passionate about their products and about sustainability.
  • Self‑motivated and thrive working within a KPI‑driven environment.
  • People person, confident and comfortable building relationships in store with key contacts and have great communication skills.
  • Previous experience working within a customer‑centred role would definitely be advantageous.
  • High levels of resilience and energy are essential.

This is a field‑based role which will involve regular travel daily, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Please note this role will also require manual handling/heavy lifting. Overnights may be required on occasion.
