Job description

ABC Childcare Services LTD is looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead and manage our NEW Children's Day Nursery opening in Congleton.

  • Need at least a level 3 childcare qualification and 3 years of experience managing
  • Have Management experience within a nursery setting
  • Be dynamic, energetic and fun
  • Have a real love and drive for working with and educating children
  • Have a thorough understanding of the EYFS, Safeguarding and Ofsted
  • Believe in building strong Parent Partnerships to provide cohesive learning to our children
  • Need to work closely with the local schools
  • Work closely with the Directors and the Assistant Manager.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment to promote learning and development.
  • Update parents and carers on children’s progress.
  • Work with colleagues to meet children’s needs.
  • Check the safety of the environment and ensure all health and safety and fire regulations are followed.
  • Adhere to and implement policies and procedures.
  • Arrange marketing materials and show rounds.
  • Keep accurate records.
  • Build the occupancy of the setting

An Early Years Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
