A housing organization is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Subsidiaries) to manage the financial responsibilities of its development subsidiary companies. This position involves preparing budgets, monthly management accounts, and statutory accounts. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong collaboration skills and the ability to work under pressure. Experience in housing finance and familiarity with Open Accounts is a plus. Come and make a difference at Karbonas aFinanceBusiness Partner(Subsidiaries). We’re looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Finance Business Partner (Subsidiaries), in the Strategic Finance and Treasury Team.
The Finance Business Partner (Subsidiaries) will work closely with the development team and members of the strategic finance and treasury team to be responsible for the financial management of the Karbon Group development subsidiary companies. This will include preparation of the annual budget, preparation of monthly management accounts and performance information, updating annual forecasts and preparation of the annual statutory accounts.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and to collaborate with other team members and the wider business to form part of an effective team. Experience of housing development finance, Open Accounts and preparation of statutory accounts would be beneficial but is not essential.
