A charitable organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Income Generation to lead the strategic growth and diversification of income streams. This role involves developing an innovative income generation strategy, fostering partnerships, and driving team performance to enhance financial resilience. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, results-focused, and possess experience in fundraising. The position offers flexible and hybrid working conditions, with a closing date for applications on January 30, 2026.
FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.
The Head of Income Generation will lead the strategic growth and diversification of FearFree’s income, ensuring the charity has the relationships and resources needed to deliver our Strategy. This will include a strong focus in business ventures and earned income. This is a new and exciting role suited to someone ambitious, entrepreneurial, and results focused. You will be motivated by the challenge of driving significant income growth and expanding our funding base. The postholder will be business minded, innovative, visionary, and flexible, bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to inspire funders and attract new investment. They will take a strategic, forward‑looking view of income generation, anticipating change and positioning FearFree to thrive in an evolving external landscape.
FearFree is committed to flexible and hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based (either in Wiltshire or Devon), alongside requiring travel for meetings and other deliverables.
This role may include evening and weekend work when required.
