Qualifications

• Experience in social housing and compliance.
• Knowledge of building services and legislation.
• Experience with Water Systems and Legionella Control – HSG274.
• Asbestos awareness is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance and compliance for contracts.
• Develop relationships with clients and suppliers to enhance performance.
• Conduct monthly reviews of contract performance with the Account Manager.
• Ensure safe working practices in line with SHEQ standards.
